The Business Mandarin Training Structure

Pre-course
Needs Analysis

Prior to the commencement of a course, each prospective student is given an assessment report to determine his/her objectives and current language ability. The pre-course assessment is vital in planning the schedule, duration, and contents of a program.
Teaching & Course Development Regular progress reports will be issued during the course (usually every 10 sessions) to re-assess course objectives and to highlight any need for adjustments. The students may also review the progress towards their goals as specified during the pre-course assessment.
Final Evaluation Final reports will be issued upon completion of the program to provide an overall assessment of the students' achievements and the program's effectiveness. The results are compared to the pre-course assessments; thereafter, recommendations are made for further course advancement where necessary.
